Order Processing

Orders are carefully reviewed, prepared and packed prior to dispatch.

Please allow [1–3 business days] for order processing. During promotional periods, product launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Bio Lumière cannot guarantee changes to delivery information once an order has entered the fulfilment or dispatch process.

Shipping

We currently ship to Australia-wide.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Bio Lumière is not responsible for delays caused by third-party postal or courier services; however, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact our team and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact our team as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Returns & Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity and controlled handling conditions, Bio Lumière does not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that may be available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, products that do not meet consumer guarantees may be eligible for an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and nature of the issue.
